Accreditation of Gynaecological Laparoscopic Surgery
The Hong Kong College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists is committed to safeguard the proper use of laparoscopic surgery by gynaecologists in Hong Kong. Certificate of Accreditation in 2 levels, intermediate and advanced will be issued to gynaecologists who can demonstrate sufficient case documentation according to the guidelines laid down by the College.
Guidelines for application for Certificate of Accreditation in GLS and Working Principles & Rules are enclosed. (Please note that these have been revised in July 2006.)
Those who have already been accredited for intermediate level can apply for advanced level, however, the same guidelines and working principles & rules will apply.
Deadline for submission of application is 31st December 2024.
